GutOptim Official Website › Privacy Policy
Getgutoptim Privacy Policy
This website holds very little: what you type into one of its two forms, and ordinary server logs. Card details are never held here. A GutOptim order and its payment live with the checkout and the order-support desk, which is a separate system from this website. Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy or a deletion.
What this GutOptim website holds
- Form submissions. Whatever you type into the order-support or website-desk form, plus the email address you give.
- Server logs. The ordinary record every web server keeps: IP address, page requested, time, browser string.
- Nothing else by default. Card details are never taken on this website and are never stored here.
That is the whole list, and it is short for a reason: this website is a set of pages about a capsule. It does not run a member account, it does not keep a basket, and it has no way to recognise you on a second visit. Reading every page on it from top to bottom leaves nothing behind but a line in a log file.
Server logs exist because a web server cannot serve a page without knowing where to send it. They are used to keep the site up and to find broken links, and they are not joined to anything you type.
What a server log can tell this GutOptim desk, and what it cannot
A log line is four things: the address a request came from, the page asked for, the moment it was asked for, and the browser string the browser volunteered. Multiply that by every image and stylesheet a page pulls in and you have the whole of it.
What it is good for is narrow and dull. It shows that pages are being served, that an image is not returning an error, that a burst of requests is a crawler rather than a reader. It is the record that answers whether the website is working.
What it cannot do is tell this desk who you are. There is no account to attach a line to, no cookie carrying an identifier from one visit to the next, and no reader list anywhere on this desk to match one against. An address in a log is an address, and more often than not it belongs to a network rather than to a person.
Logs are also kept apart from everything else here — they are not joined to form mail, to an order, or to anything the checkout holds.
The two GutOptim contact forms, field by field
| Field | Which form | Why it is asked for |
|---|---|---|
| Your name | Both | So a reply can be addressed to somebody |
| Email address | Both | The only way either desk can answer you |
| Order ID | Order support | An order cannot be found without it, and it is the one field that is optional |
| What has happened | Order support | The question itself, in your own words |
| Subject | Website desk | A correction, privacy or data, press, or something else |
| Message | Website desk | The question itself |
No field asks for a card number, a date of birth, a postal address or a health detail, and nothing on this website should ever ask you for one.
Anything typed into either form is read by a person at the desk it was addressed to and used to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list, because this desk does not run one, and it is not passed to the manufacturer.
The written route that always works is the address itself: [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. Anything about an order still goes faster on the phone, because that is the desk that can see it.
Cookies, analytics and adverts on this GutOptim website
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics script on it, no advertising pixel and no third-party tag that follows a reader from page to page. Nothing here writes to your browser’s storage, so there is no consent banner to dismiss and nothing to switch off.
One external request is made by every page: the typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which sees the request the same way any font host would. Everything else the pages need — the stylesheet, the script, the pictures of the bottle — is served from this domain.
The Add To Cart buttons are ordinary links. They hand you to the seller’s checkout, which is a different system on a different domain with its own privacy terms, and what happens after that is described in the next section.
What the GutOptim checkout holds
An order, its payment and its delivery address live with the checkout and with order support, not with this website. That is why the website email address cannot look up an order.
To ask about an order, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID.
The practical consequence is worth stating plainly, because it is the thing readers get wrong most often. A refund request, an address change and a tracking question all belong on the phone. The website address reaches the people who write these pages, and they cannot see a single order between them.
Payment is taken once at the checkout. There is no subscription on this product and no stored card on this website, because there is no payment form on this website at all.
Who else is involved in a GutOptim order
- The checkout and its payment processor. They take and settle the payment. Card details go to them and never come here.
- Order support. The desk on the phone, which holds the order record, the delivery address and the returns paperwork.
- The carrier. Whoever carries the parcel needs a name and an address to deliver it, in the United States and in the four international markets alike.
- Nobody else. This desk does not sell, rent or trade what it holds, and it does not buy contact data from anyone either.
A lawful request from a court or a regulator is the one exception any business has to make, and this one is no different. Nothing else moves a record off this desk.
How long Getgutoptim keeps what it holds
| What | Kept for | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Form and email correspondence | While the question is open, and 24 months after it closes | Deleted |
| Server logs | A rolling window of a few weeks | Overwritten in the ordinary course |
| A correction request that changed a page | Kept as a note on the page’s review history | The email itself is deleted with the rest |
Order records are held by order support under the checkout’s own terms, not by this website, and are not covered by the table above.
Twenty-four months is this desk’s own rule rather than a legal minimum. It is long enough that a buyer who writes again about the same order finds the thread still there, and short enough that old correspondence does not accumulate for its own sake.
You do not have to wait for either period to expire. Ask, and it goes sooner.
Asking Getgutoptim for a copy or a deletion
Write to [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET, from the address you used. Say what you want: a copy of what is held, a correction, or a deletion.
Postal address: 600 Broadway, Suite 4C, New York, NY 10012, USA
- Write from the address you used. It is the simplest way for the desk to know it is answering the right person, and it saves a round of identity questions.
- Say which of the three you want. A copy, a correction or a deletion. A copy comes back as the correspondence itself, because that is all there is.
- Expect an answer inside 30 days. Most take a working day or two, because the volume on this desk is small.
- For anything about an order, call instead. +1 (302) 200-3480 reaches the desk that holds the order record. This address does not.
Children, and who the GutOptim website is written for
This website is written for adults deciding whether to buy a dietary supplement, and the printed label excludes anyone under 18. Nothing here is directed at children, no page asks a reader’s age, and the desk does not knowingly hold correspondence from a child.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has written to either desk, say so at [email protected] and the message will be deleted rather than answered.
Security, and what the GutOptim website never asks you for
Pages are served over HTTPS, which is what keeps a form submission from being read in transit. Payment happens at the seller’s checkout behind its own encryption, and this website has no payment form to secure because it takes no payments.
Two things follow, and both are worth remembering anywhere on the web. Nobody from this desk will ever ring or write asking for a card number — and no page on this website will ever ask for one. If something claiming to be Getgutoptim does, it is not.
Changes to this GutOptim privacy policy
This policy is reviewed with the rest of the site and the review date at the foot of every page moves when it changes. Last reviewed September 18, 2026.
A correction is made on the page itself and the date underneath it moves. If something here is wrong, or has stopped being true, [email protected] is the address that fixes it.
